Exciting opportunity to lead the OpEx Strategy for an established FMCG business.
As the OpEx Manager, you will lead a small team and drive the overall Operational Excellence strategy to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
This role requires someone with an influential leadership style who can offer coaching and mentoring to ensure the team adopts a continuous improvement mindset.
We are looking for a pragmatic and motivated individual with a strategicmindset who can delve into data and plan and deliver improvement projects.
To be considered for this role, you should have significant experience working as an OpEx Manager, CI Manager, or Business Improvement Manager within the FMCG sector. A minimum of a green belt Six Sigma qualification is required, along with a toolkit of various CI tools and techniques.
