Responsibilities:
* Execute omni-channel customer trade marketing opportunities that will maximise
category sales potential.
* Develop and implement bespoke channel and customer point of sale and merchandising
solutions.
* Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners
* Implement trade and customer events, and customer engagement programmes in
coordination with the Category Manager.
* Assist in planning and managing trade budgets.
* Receive and manage the fulfilment of requests for all marketing materials.
* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behaviour.
* Develop and implement online campaigns to support the launch of new
products and categories, and the growth of existing products and categories.
* Optimise content to enhance traffic, engagement and conversion rates on Toupret's
online platforms.
* Manage social media accounts in coordination with Toupret's social media agency
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of trade marketing, sales, and channel dynamics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
* Creativity in developing trade promotions and POS solutions.
* Project management and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management (Consumer Goods/FMCG/DIY) experience preferred.
* Proven track record in managing trade activations and promotions, both in-store and
digital.
* Interest in / experience of using traffic, engagement and conversion metrics to guide
actions to improve performance across own and customer websites.
* Interaction with Product Information Management tools would be an advantage.
* Proficiency in French would be great, although not essential.
