We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Business Systems professional to join their Business Systems team. This is a key role focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of core business systems and ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve Business Systems issues, delivering effective and compliant solutions
Analyse, design, configure, and maintain Business Systems, including interfaces and reporting
Support system stability through configuration, data maintenance, and report development
Contribute to system lifecycle activities including testing, feedback, and continuous improvement
Document analysis work, manage change control processes, and track issues professionally
Act as an escalation point for Business Systems Engineers
Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to support system xcunqrw needs
Provide ongoing support for Business Systems and ERP environments
Carry out scheduled activities, including month-end processing
