Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day logistics and transport activity Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling Prepare and process delivery and shipment documentation Maintain accurate system records and job data Provide updates and clear communication to customers Process purchase orders, invoices, and job costings Monitor progress of daily operations and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks Skills & Experience Previous experience in logistics, transport, or administration Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude Desirable Experience with transport scheduling or supply chain coordination Understanding of delivery documentation or customs forms (not essential) What’s On Offer £26,000 annual salary Monday to Friday office-based role Full training and support provided Supportive, friendly team environment Real opportunities for career growth within logistics and transport administration
