Are you a hands-on performance marketing expert ready to drive growth for a rapidly scaling force in the global payments sector?


We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a 12-month rolling contract in London. This pivotal role is focused on the execution and delivery of a high-impact performance marketing strategy crucial for client acquisition in a highly competitive, dynamic, and regulated industry.

🎯 The Role & Key Responsibilities


This is a fluid, execution-focused role where your primary goal will be to drive user acquisition and revenue.

* Channel Ownership: Take hands-on ownership and drive execution, from setup to optimization, in at least one core performance marketing channel (e.g., SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display).
* Strategic Delivery: Own and execute key components of the overall performance marketing strategy to acquire high-value payments clients and achieve business objectives.
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance campaigns across digital channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
* Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data on customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV), and provide actionable insights to continually improve efficiency and scale.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, data, and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.


✔️ Key Requirements (Mandatory Hands-on Proficiency)


We are looking for a proactive 'doer' with a proven track record of measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

* Proven Hands-on Proficiency is MANDATORY in at least one of the following core performance marketing channels:
* Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
* Affiliate Marketing
* Digital Display Advertising
* Paid Social Ads
* Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate strategic business and sales goals within the financial/payments sector into successful, day-to-day tactical execution.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign funnels.
* Agility & Fluidity: A willingness to operate in a fluid role and take on new challenges as our business evolves.


Desirable: Experience with AI Optimisation within digital advertising platforms.
