The role
As a Site Control Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be part of a small, high-energy team where no two days are the same—working hands-on with contracts and liaising directly with a wide range of customers.
Day-to-day, you’ll assist the Site Control Manager in maximising the utilisation of all the section’s resource. Additionally, you will:
1. Ensure all tasks are completed in line with the Company’s cost, time, and quality expectations.
2. Administer and process C12 Documentation through to conclusion, including the management of SharePoint.
3. Carry out general administrative duties such as fulfilling the 4C’s requirements, facilitating Coulport Inductions, filing, notifying visitors, ordering supplies, assisting contractors, and liaising with project officers.
4. Support Site Coordinators in managing contractor accounts and media security requests.
5. Foster strong customer relationships by managing expectations, resolving issues efficiently, and communicating essential updates to building occupants.
This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Site Control Administrator
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
7. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
8. Familiarity with SharePoint – desirable
