SALES MANAGER - MEDICAL DEVICES

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two regional Field Sales Executives (North and South) and two Telephone Account Managers, ensuring high performance and alignment with strategic objectives
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
* Generate new business and identify opportunities to expand the current customer portfolio.
* Drive sales growth by motivating the team to achieve revenue and margin targets.
* Responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the retention and growth of existing accounts.
* Prepare and deliver monthly and annual sales plans and forecasts.
* Produce individual customer account plans, including financial controls, margin analysis, and long-term contracts.
Team Leadership & Performance:
* Lead, coach, mentor and manage a team of 4 sales professionals.
* Set, monitor, and measure the revenue and activity targets of the team.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Develop strong relationships with key accounts and act as a senior point of contact.
* Attend client meetings to provide high-level support and ensure long-term engagement.
* Represent Kays Medical at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the medical, healthcare, or consumables sectors.
* Experience managing both field-based and office-based sales teams.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
