Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organised individual with an excellent eye for detail and strong IT skills to join our expanding team. This role will act as the key support between our Sales and Surveying teams, ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Raise customer quotations and process product orders using our window designer software.
* Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues such as delivery delays or missing parts.
* Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Surveying teams.
* Maintain accurate records and input data using Business Pilot software.
* Handle customer and supplier communication professionally, both via phone and email.
Essential Requirements
* Strong IT skills (this is a must).
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload without direct supervision.
