Job Description
As our new colleague, you will be part of a team consisting of technicians supporting, triaging, and monitoring Netcompany's many customer solutions. This role offers a challenging and exciting daily environment with opportunities for professional development.
You will be part of Netcompany's Intelligent Service Desk team; this is our customers' entry point to Netcompany. We operate 24/7/365 to ensure customers are always supported via phone or email. We provide 1st and 2nd level support, monitoring, and event management using tools such as Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, New Relic, and more.
You will work within shift groups covering 24x7x365 and will be responsible for support and service delivery to Netcompany's customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd level support and triage for large critical systems.
Act as a link between our customers and the rest of Netcompany.
Triaging, recording, and resolving various technical issues.
Writing procedures for client systems.
Setting up and updating auditing processes.
Monitoring alerts and managing events for large critical systems.
Performing system maintenance and patching.
Qualifications
Experience in a 1st/2nd level end-user support environment.
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude, fluent in English.
Strong desire to learn and develop.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Hyper V, Powershell.
Passion for team development in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations.
Understanding of ITIL and Service Management processes.
Relevant IT education at diploma level or higher.
