Our client is a fast-growing solar installer specialising in residential and commercial solar solutions. They’re now seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their presence across Kent, Sussex, and surrounding areas—helping homeowners and businesses make the switch to clean energy.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Identifying and winning new residential and SME commercial solar opportunities

Building long-term relationships with homeowners, landlords, small businesses, and local stakeholders
*
Following up warm enquiries and developing your own leads in the region
*
Preparing proposals and guiding customers through the sales process
*
Staying informed on market trends, incentives, and tech developments
What You’ll Need:

Proven sales or business development experience (ideally in solar or renewable energy)
*
A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating and closing business
*
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
*
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
