SchedulerLocation: Runcorn
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Between 7:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Saturday: 1 in every 12 weeks (8:00am – 12:00pm)
We are currently recruiting for a Scheduler to join a busy and well-established electrical services team based in Runcorn.
Working as part of the customer service team, you will support the electrical division and play a key role in ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed smoothly.
The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
Raising new jobs and setting up customer accounts
Scheduling and coordinating works for engineers
Actioning and updating engineer job cards
Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
Handling inbound and outbound customer queries
General administrative support to the team
About You
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience within electrical, engineering, facilities, or trade-based environments would be advantageous
