They have evolved their retail estate, transforming the customer experience in-store, and are looking for Quality Security Officers that reflect the new direction the business has moved in.

Where : Waterloo Station, London SE1 area
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Hours: On average 46 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Sunday 15:00pm - 00:00am, Monday - Thursday 15:30am - 01:00am.
Hourly Pay Rate : £13 per hour

About the role:
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring the premises
* Providing a visible deterrent within the store against theft, anti-social behaviour, violence and criminal activity to create and support a safe shopping environment
* Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
* Engage with police and other security personnel to improve service levels – this may include crime partnership meetings, shop watch schemes and police meetings
* Deal with confrontational situations in a calm, sensitive and professional manner
About you:
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
* Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
* Knowledge of SCONE
* A valid SIA licence (DS) or applied for
* A full five-year checkable employment history
