The Role
You will join a high-performance sales environment with clear structure, training, and expectations from day one.
The role combines business development, candidate management, and market ownership:
* Building relationships with high-growth technology businesses
* Headhunting and engaging high-calibre candidates
* Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
* Developing ownership of a specialist market
* Working closely with experienced consultants and leadership
Training is hands-on and delivered by a dedicated L&D function alongside high-performing consultants.
Progression is performance-led and transparent:
Trainee → Junior Consultant → Consultant → Senior → Leadership or specialist routes
Strong performers progress quickly.
