Leading to a brand new development in Scone which starts at the end of 2025, you will be based on another development until the site starts. As one of the biggest names in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity for those looking to progress their career. As Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Managing all sales activity for your development, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions and the sale of finishing touches, to ensure achievement of sales targets. Manage communication and administration associated with sales transactions. Including liaising with Solicitors and New Homes Mortgage Advisers to ensure exchange takes place in the required timescale. Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log the customer journey and facilitate timely and accurate management information. Communicate with customers to ensure the pre-move and after-sales company pledge is adhered to; enhancing the customer experience. Work cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company such as Construction to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progress. Maintain the marketing suite and show homes on the development in line with brand and company standards. Comply with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy. Ensuring compliance of prospective buyers during site visits and pre-sale and new home demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have the following: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word. Must have excellent track record of working in a fast paced sales environment. Experience from out with the new build homes industry is welcomed if you have the right skillset. A good understanding of the market and competitors. Ability to build relationships across functions, internally and externally. Full UK Driving Licence is required. This Sales Advisor role has a working pattern of 10am-5pm from Thursday – Monday so will require candidates to work weekends. Ready for the next chapter in your career?
