Purpose of the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of housing solutions, is seeking a Support Worker Team Manager to oversee the Support Worker Team, ensuring high-quality support for care leavers and unaccompanied young people transitioning to independent living.
The manager provides guidance to staff, monitors care plans, sets Key Performance Objectives (KPOs), and ensures compliance with relevant legislation and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and prioritise tasks to complete 1-to-1s, performance reviews, and care plan monitoring.
2. Manage and support a team of Support Workers across Kent, ensuring productivity and quality.
