Responsibilities
* Support management of the Service Centre team in line with Company policies to maximise performance.
* Ensure compliance with Company contract administration procedures.
* Coach and motivate employees to deliver excellent service to all customers.
* Ensure all aspects of work and process are carried out in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
* Ensure that the quality of customer care/service and products reflect the highest levels of excellence.
* Deputise in the absence of the Service Centre Manager.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Good understanding and experience of managing Health and Safety practices at work.
* Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed and to meet high quality standards.
* Full driving licence.
