The Role
Lead day-to-day maintenance across multiple buildings
Work closely with on-site teams to ensure a great experience for all users
Improve maintenance systems and processes, including the ticketing system
Manage contractors, budgets, stock, and asset records
Support annual planning and drive continuous improvement
Carry out general maintenance when required and respond to occasional out-of-hours issues

What Youll Need
5+ years experience in construction or related field
Strong building compliance knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work across sites
Ability to handle urgent issues when needed
