The successful candidate will be confident managing a caseload, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality, personalised advice in line with organisational standards and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of a Personal Advisor
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing one-to-one personalised advice and support
Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs, goals, and circumstances
Develop and manage tailored action plans, reviewing progress regularly
Provide accurate, up-to-date advice and guidance in line with internal policies and relevant regulations
Maintain detailed and compliant client records using internal systems
Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Signpost or refer clients to appropriate services where required
Work towards individual and team performance targets and outcomes
Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection standards are always met

Essential Requirements:
