Our Support Centre is in Hemel Hempstead, Herts. We operate a hybrid working model and have 700 team members across our support centre.

Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Javascript / Typescript / React / Node / Jest) - Remote (with occasional travel)
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the dynamic Haven Digital team. Working for one of the UK's best-loved holiday brands, you will create well-crafted applications, writing resilient code that is tested and shipped to production. With an ambitious digital roadmap supporting our growth, you'll be central to delighting our customers.
You can work from anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to meet your team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the latest open source tools within a multidisciplinary team.
2. Develop clean, quality code to improve customer satisfaction scores.
3. Maintain good quality documentation.
4. End-to-end problem solving, including coding and operational responsibility.
5. Collaborate on when code is ready to ship, ensuring thorough testing.
6. Ensure performance in production.
7. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a cloud-first environment.
* Understanding of digital products, user cases, and customer interactions.
* Experience building responsive designs and optimizing performance.
* Proficiency with JavaScript, Typescript, React, NodeJS.
* Experience with TDD.
* Strong collaboration skills.
