This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to play a key role in managing the full order process for a particular client product range. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the successful candidate will ensure every enquiry and order is handled efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional attention to detail.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams, you will help maintain smooth operations, strong communication, and on-time delivery. The role also offers the chance to build lasting relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to the companys ongoing commitment to Customer Service Excellence delivering the right product, at the right price, at the right time, every time.
What we need from you:
1. Minimum of 3 years customer service experience, ideally within retail, manufacturing, or another product-based environment
2. Confidence working with measurements, calculations, and conversions used in manufacturing
3. Great communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence others, and resolve issues effectively
4. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities
