Hours: Part-time 24 32 hours (including Saturdays).

Knowledge of cycling and bikes is not essential more important is a willingness to learn and the confidence to engage customers.
Key requirements:
-Experience in a customer service environment
-Computer skills familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Ability to lift and carry heavy items
About the role:
As part of a small close-knit team, you will serve customers on the shop floor advising on products, booking in repairs, handling cash and card transactions and ensuring things are neat and tidy.
