This is a varied role where youll not only drive forward our marketing efforts but also play a key part in supporting the wider business with communications, resources, and initiatives that help us work smarter and stand out in a competitive market.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Eurobase People in the UK and European IT recruitment markets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and insights for effective multi-channel engagement
Plan and run digital, email, content, and social media campaigns
Work with Recruitment Consultants to create marketing collateral, including case studies, blogs, podcasts, and videos
Track and report campaign performance using key metrics
Manage the website and social media, optimising content, SEO, and analytics
Train and coach the Recruitment Consultants on personal branding platforms like LinkedIn and ODRO
Grow website engagement and social media following in target markets
Proven experience in a marketing or marketing support role (recruitment or professional services desirable but not essential)
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design
Confident in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics
Experience with content creation, email marketing, and basic graphic design is a plus
Enthusiasm for staying up to date with marketing trends and best practice
