I am currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Porthcawl who specialise in children with Autism and associated needs.
Daily Rate: Minimum £95
Location: Porthcawl
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
Needs of students: Profound Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and associated challenging behaviours.
Age range: 5-19 years
The successful applicants will have:
* Knowledge or Experience of working with children and young people with special educational needs
* Demonstrable experience of the ability to understand and support children with developmental difficulty or disability
* Knowledge/Awareness of Autism
* Knowledge/Awareness of Challenging Behaviour
* Have passion and belief in helping our pupils to achieve their full potential
* Valid and enhanced child or child and adult DBS check
