Role: Purchase Ledger Administrator Benefits: 28 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata), day off for your birthday, discounted onsite gym access + wellbeing review, Charity day, discounts on high-street brands Salary: £27,000p Location: Poole Contract: Maternity cover Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday Start date: As soon as possible About the Role Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a vital part in maintaining the daily operations of the Finance Department. You will manage purchase ledger activities and provide financial administrative support, ensuring all financial information is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal procedures. Complete purchase ledger duties within strict deadlines. Oversee ledgers across all Xero accounts, reconcile bank transactions, support cash handling, and process purchase orders. Maintain bank account records and supplier information within Xero. Ensure financial data is accurate and up to date to support cash flow management, reporting, forecasting, and funding decisions.
