Project Manager – Fleet Integration

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a fleet integration programme. The role will focus on integrating two fleet departments, aligning systems, processes, and ways of working to a single set of fleet standards.
This is a delivery-focused role, operating to tight timescales and covering both operational and people-related change. Ideal for someone who has led integration or complex change within fleet or asset-heavy environments.
Key Experience Needed
* Proven experience delivering complex change or integration projects
* Strong understanding of UK fleet operations (cars, vans, compliance, logistics)
* Experience working with fleet management systems and process/data integration
* Confident managing stakeholders across senior leaders, operations, and suppliers
* Strong planning, reporting, and delivery focus
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the integration of two fleet teams, systems, and processes
* Drive adoption of agreed fleet systems, standards, and ways of working
* Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
* Engage stakeholders and manage resistance to change
* Coordinate operational teams and external suppliers
* Provide clear progress updates to senior stakeholders
* Handle sensitive people-related aspects of change with professionalism
Desirable:
* Experience in post-merger or departmental integration
* Exposure to TUPE or workforce restructuring
* Familiarity with UK fleet systems (e.g. Jaama Key2)
