In Johnson Matthey, Platinum Group Metal Services (PGMS) manages, distributes, refines and recycles precious metals and fabricates products using precious metals and related materials. The business unit manufactures platinum group metals salts and catalysts, heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysts and other metal products for high technology applications. In addition, it provides a range of PGM metal management services for its customers.
As the Market Research Manager, you will manage a global market research team specialising in industrial demand applications, in support of the Group's Precious Group Metal Services (PGMS) functions and provide market research advice to other parts of the Johnson Matthey Group.
This role would welcome someone with a technical background, with existing knowledge of Platinum Group Metals.
The role:
1. Manage and develop a team of analysts with the aim of delivering a coherent near and long-term view of PGM demand in industrial applications (chemicals, electronics, petroleum refining, glass, dental, (bio)medical and 'other' smaller industrial applications).
