Additional Needs Support Assistant Rowde Full time, term time We are seeking an Additional Needs Support Assistant to work within a specialist setting in the Rowde area. The role involves providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including PMLD, SLD, autism and ADHD. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will support pupils with learning, routines and emotional regulation, helping them feel safe, understood and ready to engage with their school day. You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to follow personalised strategies and adapt your approach to meet the needs of each child you support.
