Experienced Accounts Assistant required for a privately owned technology business based in Wetherby, operating in the B2B software sector, supporting clients across the UK and internationally. With a strong reputation and forward-thinking culture, the business offers a supportive and dynamic environment.
This is a fixed-term contract for 3-4 months and requires an immediate start.
On offer is a competitive salary, pro-rata, and hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days WFH).
The purpose of the role is to provide additional support to the finance team:
* Raising manual sales invoices.
* Providing support to the Purchase Ledger team.
* Supplier statement reconciliations.
* Maintaining the invoice capture system and dealing with queries.
* Posting journals.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
* Previous experience is essential.
* You will be self-sufficient, able to hit the ground running and prioritise your workload.
* Good IT skills are essential!
