Role Overview
As a Registered Manager, you will lead and manage a children's residential home, ensuring exceptional care and support for young people.
Responsibilities
1. Providing strong leadership and managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
2. Maintaining high standards of care consistently.
3. Overseeing staff management, development, and team performance.
4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and OFSTED standards.
5. Managing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
6. Supporting children and young people to achieve their best outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience as a Home Manager, Care Manager, or similar role within a children's residential setting.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager.
3. Management background with leadership skills.
4. Understanding of emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD), SEMH, and complex or challenging behaviors.
5. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards it.
6. Proven success in Ofsted inspections and positive outcomes.
