This is a senior, commercially accountable leadership role—running two central Growth Squads and leading the business-wide performance marketing strategy across paid channels, CRO, analytics, attribution, and marketing technology.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the VP Marketing in this role, you will carry strategic and commercial weight. It comes with responsibility for an eight-figure budget, oversight of campaign performance across US and UK markets, responsibility for launching new channels, and leadership of the system that drives subscriber acquisition and retention at scale.
* Create a commercially accountable growth engine that unifies performance strategy, technology, and team capability into a single, scalable system
* Take a central role in forecasting, budget allocation, and strategic measurement of growth and revenue performance across the subscriptions portfolio
* Enhance creative testing and CRO into competitive advantage
* Bring structure and scale to experimentation across our brands
* Identify and remove blockers, whether that's gaps in measurement, limitations in tooling, or misalignment between acquisition journeys and growth goals
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
* Experience managing performance marketing strategy in a scaled DTC or subscription business
* Experience managing £5m+ budgets and delivering measurable subscriber growth
* Experience with cohort behaviour, CAC:LTV dynamics, and funnel performance
* Technical fluency in the data, martech, and experimentation stacks—comfortable briefing analysts and navigating attribution debates
