A RIBA Chartered, award-winning architectural practice is looking to appoint an Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong designer who enjoys delivering projects from planning through to construction and wants greater responsibility, autonomy, and progression within a collaborative practice.
This is a role for someone who enjoys detailed design, coordinating information, and working across a range of sectors including education, residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.

Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will ideally have:
• Chartered Architectural Technologist (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ UK industry experience.
• Strong technical design and delivery capability.
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM Level 2 experience beneficial).
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Safety Act.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead or support detailed design stages.
The Role
As an Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering projects from planning through to construction.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading or supporting technical design development.
• Coordinating and managing design information across disciplines.
• Producing detailed construction and tender packages.
• Working in Revit and contributing to BIM workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and project standards.
• Liaising with consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies.
• Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors.
• Contributing to design reviews and coordination meetings.
