We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Development Executive, to join a fast paced team in Leicestershire.
* £15.38 per hour
* Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
* Based on-site
* Due to urgent business requirements, applicants must be available to start immediately or within 1 week's notice. This is a temporary role with the potential to develop into a permanent opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Sales enquiries via phone, email and web
* Logging, tracking and managing all leads using CRM system
* Lead progression, filtering and prioritising for lead qualification
* Converting leads to sales
* Diary Management - carrying out follow up calls and client aftercare
* Assisting with development of CRM system
* Collaborating with technical and sales team members to ensure specialist input where required
Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in business development, sales and lead progression within a technical or manufacturing environment
* IT Proficient - able to use MS Office and internal CRM systems
* Sound understanding of GDPR
* Knowledge of film/broadcast equipment would be advantageous
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
