Technical Helpdesk Consultant (Windows) Warrington to £25k
Do you have experience of supporting clients and business users within a Windows desktop environment?
You could be progressing your career at a global payroll technology company that provide a range of highly customisable solutions to a range of clients.
As a Technical Helpdesk Consultant you will respond to customer calls, logging them quickly and accurately and assisting with the resolution of customer queries, responding utilising the Help Desk logging system to provide technical / software support.
You'll gain a full understanding of the company's systems and databases and contribute to regular reviews of the technical / software functionality, you will be empowered to suggest and implement improvements.
You'll also install upgrades, document changes and ensure system backups are performed.
Location / WFH:
You'll join the team based in the Warrington office twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) with flexibility to work from home the other three days, working hours 0900 to 1730.
About you:
1. You have experience in a similar customer facing technical support role
2. You have a strong knowledge of Windows and O365
3. You have excellent communication and customer service skills
4. You have strong time management and prioritisation skills
5. You're flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
