Your duties and responsibilities will be: Plan and prioritise maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards. Coordinate resources and schedule work to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime. Investigate root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and produce performance reports and KPIs. Oversee contractor activities and provide support to the maintenance team, including deputising for the manager when required.You will have the following qualifications and experience: Proven experience in maintenance planning within chemical, manufacturing, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and excellent IT skills; SAP experience is advantageous. Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, environment, and quality standards. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
