Production Operative
Our client in Corby are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their team on a temp-perm contract.
You will work as part of a team in a busy manufacturing working environment (galvanizing factory).
Applicants must be very reliable, be physically fit and work well in a team within a fast moving production environment where excellent customer service and high product quality is the key to our Clients continued success.
Production Operative - Additional details:
Monday to Friday rotating mornings and afternoons
Very heavy lifting occasionally required
Excellent pay rates with pay increase structure
Production Operative Hours and shift patterns available:-
06:00-14:30 / 13:00-21:30 weekly rotating shifts
Production Operative Benefits:
Heres a breakdown of the pay structure:
£14.00ph Standard hours
£21.00ph Overtime (Mon-Sat)
£28.00ph Overtime (Sunday)
£55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
Once taken on permanent after 12 weeks, there will be again a significant pay increase:-
£14.20ph Standard hours
£21.30ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
£28.40ph overtime hours Sunday
£55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
£94.00 per week night Shift allowance
