Role Overview

Develop After-Sales Plans & Budgets: Create and execute after-sales strategies and budgets to achieve financial, marketing, and sales goals.

Lead & Motivate Team: Manage and inspire a team of after-sales professionals to deliver excellent customer service and meet departmental targets.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints quickly and effectively.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee the smooth operation of the after-sales department, including service reception, workshop, parts management, and inventory control.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulations, monitor profitability, and collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and stay updated on industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
