Were on the hunt for aRecruitment Consultantwhos ready to make their mark in a start-up environment. If youve gotat least 1 year of recruitment experience(ideally within IT, but not essential) and a passion for people, we want to hear from you.
What youll be doing:
* Sourcing and engaging top IT candidates across multiple channels
* Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment campaigns for clients
* Working closely with our Head of Delivery and Founders to deliver tailored workforce solutions
* Contributing ideas and energy to help shape our growing business
What were looking for:
* Minimum 1 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in technology and people
* Self-motivation and adaptability start-up life moves quickly!
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive culture
