The Role
We're looking for an experienced Conservatory / Fenestration Surveyor to join our friendly, professional team.
This is a customer-facing role — you'll meet clients in their homes, carry out 3–4 accurate site surveys per week, and ensure every installation is technically sound and fully compliant.
You'll work closely with our office, sales, and installation teams to translate customer requirements into precise technical details, order goods, and support each project from survey to installation.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out accurate surveys for conservatories, windows, and doors
* Meet customers on-site to confirm requirements and provide expert guidance
* Complete all paperwork and digital forms to a high level of accuracy
* Order goods and materials based on survey specifications
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and company standards
* Liaise closely with the sales, office, and installation teams
* Provide technical advice and support to colleagues when required
About You
* Proven experience as a Fenestration / Glazing / Window Surveyor, ideally within domestic installations
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills — confident meeting clients in their homes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all measurements and documentation
* Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
* NVQ Level 3 in Fenestration Surveying (or equivalent experience)
* Competent with email and digital forms
* Full UK driving licence
