Responsibilities
Key Components
Candidate Management
Screening potential applicant for each position
Using social media to attract candidates
Using Job boards to scan for and attract candidates
Ensure Candidates meet all compliance requirements
Complete all relevant reference checks and use to gain leads and pass onto relevant consultant
Availability
Ensure a large pool of labour is readily available at all times for all clients
Updating and Maintaining candidate availability on a daily basis
Updating and maintaining poachers board
Network with and advertise to potential candidates
Daily communication with candidates both on and off assignment to gather information about other suitable and available candidates, where they are working and highlight if there is a need to advertise.
Planning and conducting internal networking projects
Advertising/Response
Tracking all response received
Ensuring advert response is dealt with in a professional and timely manor
Monitoring the effectiveness of adverts
Targets
Daily, weekly and monthly targets will be set by the manager and will include but not be exclusive to:
Number of candidates contacted
Interviews conducted
Candidate availability
Quality and Compliance
Adhere to the company standards at all times
Timekeeping
Adhering to start/finish times and break entitlements and the requirement to be flexible when necessary
General admin and other duties
As allocated by the manager
