Edwards & Pearce are proudly assisting a Hull based logistics company to recruit a Senior Administrator. The successful applicant will have previous experience ideally from the transport industry and show intuition, confidence in abilities and exceptional organisational skills as you will be a fundamental member of the wider team.
THE ROLE
Full time, office based, hours are flexible to an extent.
Provide full admin support to the Transport and Customer Service teams.
Manage order documentation, manifests and calculate quotes for customers.
Investigate and solve all queries and discrepancies with deliveries efficiently.
Assist other departments (Including Accounts) from an administrative perspective.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a proven history with a similar role, ideally from the transport sector.
Possess above average IT literacy.
Have the ability to multitask and adapt to an ever-changing workload.
Highly organised, strong communicator, self-motivated and a strong work ethic.
