At Targeted Provision, our mission is to improve support for vulnerable young people across the UK, with continuous support from our SEN / SEND Support Specialists.
This role is ideal for qualified SEN / SEND teachers interested in 1:1 tutoring, using creative, flexible, trauma-informed approaches to enhance engagement and educational outcomes.

The SEN / SEND Tutor Role
* Providing Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other needs
* Supporting children referred by authorities and schools through holistic, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
Responsibilities
* Planning engaging, needs-based sessions
* Delivering holistic support to advance educational and social-emotional development
* Completing reports and providing progress feedback
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* At least 2 years of teaching experience
* Experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
* Enhanced DBS (assistance available if needed)
* Two professional references
* Residency and right to work in the UK

* Engagement as a Worker, providing short-term assignments
* Paid via PAYE, not self-employed
