Affiliate Operational Strategy Manager - TikTok Shop EU
Responsibilities
About the Team: The creator acquisition and incubation team in TikTok's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard creators and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of affiliate and creator data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
* Provide strategic recommendations by addressing key "where-to-play" and "how-to-win" questions, and design development roadmaps with clear milestones, performance targets, and resource plans.
* Perform both routine and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions — including merchandise tiering, creator matchmaking funnel optimisation, and other core growth drivers.
* Lead and deliver high-impact special projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Algorithm, GNE) to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.
* Monitor competitor landscape and identify growth opportunities to inform and shape operational strategies.
Qualifications
* 3‑5 years of working experience in management consulting or big tech strategy group.
* Strong ambition and curiosity driven.
* Enjoy and thrive working in a 0 to 1 environment.
* Deep insights on content/E‑commerce business model, able to drive insights and growth opportunities quickly based on solid data analysis.
* High oral proficiency in Mandarin is required for working with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure alignment, facilitate smooth project execution, and support business growth.
