Job Summary
We are a friendly NHS GP Practice in London – Grays Inn Medical Group. We operate multiple sites across North London, including Hampstead, West Hampstead, Chancery Lane, and Vauxhall. We are looking for a full‑time or part‑time experienced Practice Nurse to work in our North London practices.
The role involves delivering high standard care in a safe environment that meets patients’ needs, maintaining privacy and dignity, and working as part of a collaborative team.
Job Responsibilities
The role of the Practice Nurse is to work within their scope of practice. The Practice Nurse will provide and deliver a high standard of nursing care, safely meeting patients’ needs. Key duties include: measuring and interpreting blood glucose levels, recording and interpreting vital signs, wound care, adult and childhood immunisations, smear tests, various LTC checks and reviews, and carrying out planned care for our patients. The successful applicant must be flexible, a good team worker, able to work under pressure, possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills, and communicate effectively with patients and the team.
Qualifications
Essential
* Registered Nurse with up to date certificates
* Primary care experience
Desirable
* Experience of working within a GP practice and on EMIS Web is preferable

This post requires a current UK professional registration and a Disclosure and Barring Service check. Applicants must be registered with the NHS and comply with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
