Teaching Personnel is proud to represent a committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, based in Wyke Regis, who is currently seeking a new role within a local primary school setting.
With a strong background supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, this candidate has worked extensively with children presenting a range of needs including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language delays, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties. They bring a calm, flexible and child-centred approach, and are passionate about making learning accessible and engaging for all pupils.
Candidate strengths:
* Experienced in delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
* Confident managing behaviour using positive reinforcement techniques
* Skilled in supporting pupils with communication and sensory needs
* Strong understanding of EHCPs and individual learning plans
* Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) | Access to own transport
This candidate is looking for long-term or temp-to-perm opportunities within Wyke Regis and surrounding areas including Weymouth and Portland. They are eager to join a supportive school environment where they can make a meaningful impact on children’s learning and wellbeing.
