HR Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities: Support in the administration of UK&I employee and partner benefits provisions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives Help conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our rewards and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry Support the coordination of benefit enrolment periods and assist employees with benefits-related queries Support the Talent Operations team in projects and initiatives to offer a best-in-class service Assist the Payroll Advisor with the monthly payroll cycle, providing administrative support where required Cover the payroll mailbox when required, for example when the Payroll Advisor is on leave Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and firm policies when handling sensitive employee information HR Operations Assistant Skills & Requirements: Experience of operating in a similar role within a law firm Excellent people skills (including influencing) to effectively liaise with a broad range of stakeholders Flexible and accommodating – there will be the need to work outside of office hours at events or to travel to our other UK offices on occasion Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Customer service oriented
