A fast-growing, PE-backed law firm that's looking to bring in a CRM & Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to support a major phase of CRM and marketing development.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of marketing systems, improving processes, and delivering digital campaigns that make a measurable impact. You'll play a key role in developing the firm's HubSpot platform, supporting CRM projects, and driving marketing activity across multiple business areas.
Working within a small, experienced team, you'll have plenty of autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders. Whilst the role is initially on a contract basis, there is strong likelihood of it becoming a permanent position.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading the rollout and ongoing development of HubSpot across several business areas
* Building and improving workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards
* Supporting a major CRM integration project alongside an external technology partner
* Planning, delivering, and analysing marketing campaigns across all digital channels
* Managing data quality, segmentation, and audience targeting within HubSpot
* Supporting wider digital marketing activity, including content creation, social media and events
* Helping drive HubSpot adoption through training and best-practice support
What they're looking for:
* Strong hands-on HubSpot experience
* Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across email and online channels
* Good understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and reporting
* Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external suppliers
Nice to have:
* Professional services or B2B marketing experience
* Exposure to CRM implementations or integration projects
* Agency management experience
* HubSpot certifications
