Personal Assistant to CFO Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled administrative professional to provide exceptional support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and contribute to the effective organisation, administration and presentation of the office.
* Key responsibilities will include:
* To maintain accurate records and information through comprehensive filing systems including spreadsheets and databases.
* Maintain an up-to-date diary of deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
* Support the drafting of agendas, papers, reports and presentations as required.
* Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Team Members, including diary management and creating actions
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ideal candidate will have understanding of finance environment and/or relevant qualification or experience.
