As we open the doors to our newest setting in Wrexham, we’re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead the way in creating an outstanding early years environment. About the Role We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our brand new nursery in Wrexham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional to join a growing family-run team and make a real impact from day one. You’ll be responsible for: Leading and managing a team of early years practitioners Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children thrive Ensuring the nursery meets all regulatory and inspection requirements Building strong partnerships with parents and the wider community Managing staffing, budgets, policies and compliance Embedding the ethos of Little Learners Nursery across the setting Requirements We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience managing a nursery or early years setting Holds a Level 5 (or higher) qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent) recognised in Wales Has a sound understanding of CIW regulations, the Welsh Foundation Phase, and The Curriculum for Wales Is passionate about delivering exceptional early years care and education Has excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Is confident in leading inspections and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and compliance Has a kind, approachable and hands-on leadership style What We Offer A warm, supportive, and family-oriented working culture The opportunity to shape and grow our newest setting in Wrexham Ongoing training, professional development, and progression opportunities A competitive salary and benefits package Free onsite parking and a beautiful setting to work in How to Apply Ready to take the next step in your early years career?
