Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire a talented Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive outlook, and embraces challenges with enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
* Processing Supplier invoices
* Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with the resolution of accounts queries.
* Support the credit control function and chase overdue accounts.
* Check production document pricing against quote and generate customer invoices. xsngvjr
* Sending invoices by email weekly
* Resolving invoice queries
* General admin duties
