Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Hull (Hybrid with 1-3 days per week at home)
Salary: Competitive, based on grade (B or C) + EOT bonus
Working Hours: Flexible between 7am-7pm

About the Role
The firm is seeking a talented and passionate Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our growing team in Hull. With over 35 specialists in the department, we handle the full spectrum of clinical negligence cases, from moderate to catastrophic injuries, with an emphasis on delivering justice for clients and supporting personal and professional development within our team.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction through to settlement.
* Conduct investigations, draft witness statements, and liaise with medical experts and counsel.
* Supervise or collaborate with paralegals and junior team members where appropriate.
* Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including outreach and business development.
* Uphold the firm’s values of inclusion, care, and flexibility in your approach to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (4-8 years PQE preferred).
* Proven experience managing clinical negligence caseload independently.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and client handling ability.
* Desire to grow within a collaborative and progressive firm.
